Our Story

Jostine Talent was born out of a vision to transform the way people approach their careers and the hiring process. The inspiration came from Olivia, whose career journey began in an unexpected place—a labor and delivery room. As a nurse, Olivia learned the profound impact of empathy, support, and careful guidance during life’s most critical moments. These experiences laid the foundation for what would become Jostine Talent.

After transitioning from healthcare to the world of HR, Olivia spent over a decade helping organizations find and nurture talent. Yet, she noticed a recurring challenge: while there was an abundance of talented individuals, the traditional hiring processes often failed to recognize their full potential. Too many people were being overlooked, and too many organizations were missing out on the best talent. This disconnect sparked a new mission for Olivia—to create a company that would bridge this gap.
